Apply lubricant to one or two fingers, then hunt for an area that’s a bit spongy and more sensitive to stimulation. “The exact location differs. So patience is important,” says Brown. Once you think you’ve hit the spot, make a gentle “come here” motion with your fingers. “Experiment with location, pressure, and speed of your fingers. Notice what your body is saying,” says Brown. “But remember, not every woman experiences orgasm in the same way, if at all, in this area,” he adds. So just enjoy the exploration.
