Dr. Lisa Young: Holiday Tip: Mini-Size It!


Mini-size it! A good approach — maybe a best approach — to cut calories is to trim your apportionment sizes, generally of dishes that are high in calories. That would embody many treats we would find during holiday parties and events such as eggnog, specialty prohibited chocolates, imagination chocolates, and cakes. The good news about regulating apportionment control as a approach to trim calories is that we do not have to wholly anathema your favorite treats and normal holiday foods. The pivotal to success, generally during a holiday season, is “moderation.” If we crave a fattening food, it is ok to provide yourself to a tiny serving.
