For those who love a squeamish show, Dr Pimple Popper is back.

The YouTube sensation dermatologist removed a golf ball-sized cyst in another stomach-churning video.

Dr Sandra Lee, aka Dr Pimple Popper, managed to pop the huge lump out whole, exclaiming: ‘That’s a real gum ball!’

To satisfy her 2.5 million viewers’ lust for pus, she makes sure to slice the removed cyst open

As the doctor makes two incisions across the cyst, the unnamed male patient feels a ‘sharpness’.

He was suffering from a pilar cyst, which grow on the scalp and run in families, according to Dr Lee.

The golf-ball sized cyst came out of the male patient’s head whole after he felt a ‘sharpness’

WHAT IS A PILAR CYST?

Cysts that form around the hair follicles are known as pilar or trichilemmal cysts.

Unlike cysts that develop under the skin, pilar cysts run in families.

They normally develop as skin cells move up to the surface as they start to die, so they can be shed.

Sometimes these cells move deeper into the skin and multiply, forming a sac.

They secrete the protein keratin into the middle of the sac, which forms a thick, yellow paste and can ooze out of the cyst if it bursts.

Cysts are usually harmless and, if they are small and not bothering you, they can be left alone.

Otherwise, they can be removed.

Infected cysts need treating with antibiotics.

California-based Dr Lee explains that with pilar, or trichilemmal, cysts, she cannot ‘numb it up really well’ until she starts getting inside it.

She later gave him more anesthetic.

Dr Lee said: ‘We all like them to come out intact but I think a lot of the viewers of these things like them to be squeezed out.

‘But we’re not hear to please them all of the time – you’re the most important one to please.’

The footage starts with the pimple-popping expert chatting about baseball with the patient.

Then, just four minutes in, she nearly gets the cyst out, but stops when the man moans.

‘We almost got it! I’m so sorry,’ she says as she reaches for more anesthetic.

A couple of minutes later, Dr Lee successfully removes the benign, fatty growth, exclaiming. ‘That’s a real gum ball for sure!’

The patient says ‘wow’ as she shows him the removed cyst, which has a patch of hair on top ‘like a Mohawk’.

‘Shall we cut through it?’ she asks the patient.

‘People will get mad if I don’t.’

Dr Lee was unable to apply much anesthetic initially, causing the patient to moan in pain

After six minutes the cyst is removed, with a ‘Mohawk’ like hair patch attached on top

The procedure was a success and ended with Dr Lee slicing the growth so it spurted out pus

As she slices into the huge growth it abruptly spurts out pus, making everyone in the room squeal.

Yet, most of her subscribers are delighted with Dr Lee’s latest clip.

One fan responded: ‘Are there any other viewers who, as you watch these videos, have family members walk by, look at the screen and act disgusted that you could watch this kind of stuff?

‘My husband can’t understand how I can be so fascinated by it. I personally don’t understand how he can’t be!’

Uploaded on May 16, the video has already amassed more than 479,922 views on Dr Lee’s popular YouTube channel.
