Lauren Conrad’s Favorite Workouts


When the weather is beautiful, indoor sweat sessions can seem less than appealing. And it sounds like California girl Lauren Conrad agrees.

Lauren told People earlier this week that she doesn’t exactly love spending time at the gym. “I’m not a huge fan of the gym, to be honest,” she told the publication. “When I have to go to the gym and put an hour in, I’m just staring at the clock.”

But that doesn’t mean Lauren doesn’t keep up her fitness. Instead, she says she takes her workouts with a big dose of Vitamin N. “I just like getting out, like going on a hike, going on the kayaks, going for a run on the beach,” she says.

We love that Lauren has found ways to work out that she actually enjoys doing. Plus, it’s awesome that she’s getting outdoors and reaping all of the benefits that fresh-air exercise has to offer. Find genius ways you can burn even more calories outside here.
