Kate Winslet revealed shapely calf muscles at a screening of her latest film, The Dressmaker.
The 40-year-old actress is not a slave to any fitness regimen.
‘I don’t go to the gym, because I don’t have time, but I do Pilates workout DVDs for 20 minutes or more every day at home,’ she admits.
The mother-of-three says she eats healthily, but is not a fan of ‘faddy diets’.

What to try:
The single leg calf raise will help tone your lower limbs. It is best done barefoot.
Stand facing a wall, about a foot away from it. Rest your fingers against the wall at chest level to aid your balance.
Then stand on your left foot, lifting your right foot a few inches off the floor behind you.
Keeping your left leg completely straight, lift your left heel as high as you can off the ground.
At the top of the lift, pause and squeeze your calf hard for two seconds while pushing down through your toes.
Slowly lower back down. Perform 12 to 15 repetitions with your left leg, before switching sides.
