1. Acinetobacter baumannii – could cause infections that include pneumonia, meningitis, urinary tract infection, and wound infection

2. Pseudomonas aeruginosa – could cause urinary tract infections, respiratory system infections, dermatitis, soft tissue infections, bacteremia, bone and joint infection

3. Enterobacteriaceae: Klebsiella – could cause a range of infections leading to pneumonia, bloodstream infections, wound infections, surgical site infection and meningitis among others

4. Enterobacteriaceae: E. coli – could cause diarrhoea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and fever

5. Enterobacteriaceae: Serratia – could cause respiratory tract infections, urinary tract infections, septicaemia, meningitis, pneumonia, and eye infections

6. Enterobacteriaceae: Proteus – could cause serious chest, blood and urine infections

7. Enterococcus faecium – could cause infections of the bloodstream, urinary tract infections (UTI), and wound infections

8. Staphylococcus aureus – could cause a range of illnesses, from minor skin infections, such as pimples , to life-threatening diseases such as pneumonia, meningitis and sepsis 

9. Salmonellae – could cause diarrhoea, stomach cramps and sometimes vomiting and fever.
