The Nutrition Tip Jennifer Aniston Taught Her Yoga Instructor


Jennifer Aniston is pretty much the poster child for healthy living. She eats a nutritious diet that leaves room for the occasional indulgence—and she’s vocal about her dedication to fitness and yoga. She’s even managed to inspire her own yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber, to follow one of her healthiest habits: staying well hydrated.

“Jen is definitely somebody that has encouraged me to hydrate,” Ingber recently told ABC News. “She is a hydrator from way back in the day.” (In fact, Jen told us that she credits her great skin to staying well-hydrated.)

Ingber says drinking water has helped her health in more ways than one. “That’s definitely one of the tips I use because I have so much more energy when I drink,” she says. “When you stay hydrated, you’re not as hungry. Sometimes when you think you’re hungry, you’re actually thirsty.”

If you aren’t a fan of the taste of plain water, try infusing it with some flavor to drink more. And don’t forget, eating water-rich foods also helps you take in more H2O.
