If you want to lose weight, you get on the scale every day. That\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s one of the clinically proven ways of losing weight,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Tierney said. <\/p>\n<p>In his book \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Willpower: Rediscovering the Greatest Human Strength,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d Tierney said that those who use willpower less often than other people are more disciplined.
