Cataract Gorge, Launceston, Tasmania, Australia: A great place for a day hike if your ever in Launceston. Just about 15 minute walk from the middle of town. With walking and hiking trails, the world’s longest single span chairlift, swimming pool, restaurant, kiosk, cafe peacocks and wildlife, beautiful gardens, and suspension bridge your sure to have a great day. I spent a day just exploring and I’m a big wilderness fan and these place was great for me. I went hiking and enjoyed a nice meal at the restaurant. The wilderness is always a peaceful place to get away and just wander.
