She added, “Ninjas came in all shapes and sizes, the goal is to work on the happy just as much as the fit.” Tiffiny’s post earned more than 15,000 likes in just one day, with commenters praising her for being so real about her postpartum shape.

Tiffiny has made it clear that she’s not into moms showing off their super-fit post-baby bodies on social media. “There’s not enough emphasis on mental health recovery after birth, it’s about ‘my body looks like this,’” she told Australian website Mamamia in September. “I don’t appreciate it when women are posing in a bikini two weeks later, it’s not easy or fair for other women.”

Tiffiny isn’t the only new mom who’s been honest about what her body looks like after having a baby. Hilaria Baldwin shared a photo on Instagram of her post-baby belly in the hospital bathroom 24 hours after having her son. “I want to do all that I can to normalize a real body and promote healthy self esteem,” she wrote in the caption.

Pink also shared a photo of herself on Instagram in April, noting that she met the BMI standards for obesity after having her son, Jameson. “I know I’m not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don’t feel obese,” she wrote. “The only thing I’m feeling is myself. Stay off that scale ladies!”

Tiffiny followed up her post-baby body pic with a post that simply read, “I may not be the strongest, I may not be the fastest, but I’ll be darned if I’m not trying my hardest.” Amen to that.
