For those with a strong stomach, Dr Pimple Popper is back.
The YouTube sensation dermatologist removed a cyst resembling a ‘garlic bulb’ in another nauseating video.
Despite her expertise at performing stomach-churning procedures, the California-based doctor struggled to remove the bulging sac.
The patient was suffering from a common cyst, known as an epidermoid cyst, which is made up of wet skin cells, giving it a ‘cheesy’ appearance. This is often accompanied by a pungent aroma.
The grotesque sac lay on the patient’s spinal cord near the top of his back.
After cutting the area open, Dr Pimple Popper, also known as Dr Sandra Lee, ambitiously tried to grab and remove the mass in one.

‘I’m going to grasp it and pull it out,’ she said.
But the flimsy cyst was at risk of breaking under the force.
‘You can’t grab it it’s so thin walled. It will just tear if I try and pull it too hard,’ Dr Lee said as she battled with the growth.

She widened the opening and eventually managed to grab the cyst by pulling it from the side
Trying a different tactic, Dr Lee then widened the opening and grabbed the mass from the side.
‘I’ve got to try and get around it and tease it off,’ she said.
After eventually prising the stubborn cyst out, Dr Lee made a disgusting comparison to a staple ingredient found in many kitchens.

She then neatly stitches the opening up and the procedure is complete, much to the patient’s relief.

WHAT ARE CYSTS?
Cysts are noncancerous, closed sac-like structures that can be filled with fluid, pus or other materials.
They are common and can appear anywhere on the skin.
Cysts can develop as a result of infection, clogging of the sebaceous (oil) glands or around foreign bodies, such as earrings.
They are round, dome-shaped bumps that tend to be yellow or white in colour.
Usually painless, they can become tender, sore and red if infected.
Most cysts disappear on their own, but some may need to be drained to relieve pain.
Self-treatment by squeezing or popping the cyst yourself is not advised as it could exacerbate the underlying cause.
