Spend time enjoying the company of family and friends and avoid worrying. Most people will focus on whether they had a good time and not if the dinner rolls were a little crisp.<\/p>\n<p>2.\tBe Realistic in Your Expectations<br \/>\nReduce expectations of how the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153holidays are supposed to be\u00e2\u20ac\u009d and that everyone will uphold family traditions and be on their best behavior.
