plus Pilates, yoga and meditation sessions. She’s also a cyclist.

What to try: The dumbbell front squat targets hips, thighs and buttock
muscles. Stand with feet just wider than hip-width apart, turned
slightly outwards.

Hold a dumbbell in each hand by your sides, palms
inward. Pull shoulder blades down and back.

Bend arms up so your elbows
point outwards and the weights rest just above your shoulders. Keep
chest lifted and chin parallel to the ground.

Bend knees and to
squat, as if you’re sitting, keep arms and weights in the same position.
Keep weight on your heels; don’t let the knees come too far over your
feet. Engage abdominal muscles and return to standing. Repeat 12 to 15
times.
