Talk about a jaw-dropping change: 23-year-old Kailyn Lowry, a married mother of two on MTV’s Teen Mom 2, underwent a Brazilian Butt Lift (a.k.a. BBL) on Sunday, according to her Instagram. For the procedure, she visited Michael Salzhauer, M.D., a plastic surgeon in Bay Harbor, Florida, known as “Dr. Miami,†who regularly snapchats his surgeries. (According to TMZ, Salzhauer gave Kailyn a discount.)
What exactly is a BBL? During the cosmetic procedure, a plastic surgeon removes fat from another area of the body via liposuction (Kailyn had hers taken from her neck) and transfers it to the butt.Â
