US tech big Amazon has shut down its synthetic intelligence analysis lab in Shanghai, a supply with direct information of the matter confirmed to AFP.

In a screenshot of a WeChat submit broadly circulated on Chinese social media this week, Wang Minjie, a scientist on the lab, mentioned its disbanding was “because of the strategic adjustment between China and the United States.”
