Veterinarians are likely to use the dosage above.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Lisinopril is not FDA-approved for use in dogs or other animals, so all veterinary use of the medication is off-label. Lisinopril tablets formulated for people come in dosage strengths of 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 30 mg, and 40 mg.
