7:45 a.m. I wake up and get ready for work. I love sleeping in, so I’ve been training myself to wake up a few minutes earlier each week. We’re getting there! 
8:15 a.m. I grab my breakfast (overnight oats that I prepped the night before) and lunch and head out the door for work. I consider my “power walk” from the apartment to the train a workout. 
9:15 a.m. I always make an iced coffee as soon as I get in the office and have it along with my breakfast while catching up on emails.
12:30 p.m. It’s lunchtime, and I’m so ready. I brought oven-roasted Brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, and breaded chicken. I don’t always get a chance to have a proper lunch, so by bringing it with me each day, I hope to change that.
6:00 p.m. After a day of sitting at the office, I’m so excited to make it to the gym. Sometimes I like to take a fitness class, but today I just want to grab my headphones and zone out on the treadmill.
8:00 p.m. Finally home! It’s pretty late, so I abstain from having “dinner” and have a bowl of cereal instead. 
10:00 p.m. Bed time!
