For Each Smoothie: In a wide-mouth mason jar or small freezer bag, combine all the ingredients under the “freeze” list. Screw on the lid or seal the bag, and place it in the freezer for up to 6 months. Freeze:
1 cup packed spinach
1 medium banana, cut into 1-inch chunks
1 tablespoon flaxseeds or flaxseed meal
