Model Erin Holland’s stunning figure doesn’t come easily.

The 28-year-old former Miss World Australia takes her health and fitness very seriously, but does try to keep it in perspective – particularly when it comes to eating that extra slice of pizza.

‘I have an incredibly busy schedule where I am always on the run, so keeping healthy snacks in my handbag is a must – particularly on long days on set,’ she told Body and Soul.

Keeping snacks on hand like almonds or a raw food bar stops the model ‘binging’ later in the day because she’s hungry. It also helps to have food at the ready as she walks upwards of 10 kilometres a day between castings and appointments.

When she does finally get the time to workout, Miss Holland is all about keeping the activity fun and varied.

‘I grew up as a dancer so I love having a really varied exercise regime to keep my brain occupied. I train twice a week with Benjamin Lucas plus 2-3 classes a week, where I mix it up between yoga, spin and strength/weights workouts,’ she said.

Her Instagram account, which is followed by 179,000 people, is also testament to her love of Xtend Barre – a ballet and pilates infused strength class she enjoys back in her native Cairns.

When it comes to her daily diet the model enjoys poached eggs and avocado on rye bread, a salad with chicken, avocado and feta for lunch and a stir fry for dinner.

And while she might usually opt for a steak on a night out, she does enjoy a slice of pizza too.

‘I’ll never give up pizza from my diet. I love pizza,’ the 28-year-old said.

On her skin Miss Holland prefers Endota Spa products – a brand which caters to natural and organic beauty – and the Clarins 50+ Sun Milk Spray. They work to protect her skin from damaging UV rays and free radicals day-to-day.

But for her hair dry shampoo is a definite go-to product. And not just when she needs to wash it.

‘I swear by dry shampoo. It isn’t just for dirty hair. I often use it help create volume on freshly-washed hair that’s sitting flat or that needs a quick touch up,’ she said to Body and Soul.
