A gym-obsessed banker takes his gruelling diet and fitness regime so seriously he is forced to take three lunch breaks every day.
Fitness-mad Guy Harding, 23, from Exmouth in Devon, gets through a staggering seven meals – including half a kilo of meat and up to 19 eggs – per day in his pursuit of the perfect physique.
The 23-year-old told FEMAIL he spends up to two hours in the gym every single day, dedicating each session to a different part of the body, and even has his own key to his local gym so he can pump iron whenever he wants.

From Monday to Thursday Guy focuses on legs, chest, triceps, back and biceps, and from Friday to Sunday he’ll focus on his shoulders and abs.
Guy’s staggering diet and fitness regime has earned him an Instagram following of more than 6,400 plus a further 4,000 fans on Facebook.
As well as 540g of meat and 285g of oats, Guy, who lives with his girlfriend Cyprus Davidson, ploughs through various carbs, vegetables and protein shakes.
He has recently developed a passion for bodybuilding contests and has an impressive trophy cabinet to boot, but still manages to fit in a nine-to five-job while ploughing through anywhere between 4,500 to 6,000 calories a day.
Guy’s seven-meal daily diet
MEAL ONE (7am)
85g oats, three whole eggs and six egg whites (with a scoop of protein)
MEAL TWO (11am)
180g chicken or turkey and two whole wheat bagels
MEAL THREE (2pm)
180g chicken or mince meat 10-5% fat, 200g rice and spinach or broccoli
MEAL FOUR (4pm)
100g oats with a 30g protein shake
MEAL FIVE (7.30pm)
Two bagels, 100g oats and a 30g protein shake
MEAL SIX (9pm)
180g chicken, 200g sweet potato and vegetables
MEAL SEVEN (11pm)
10 egg whites, two scoops of casein protein

Guy, who works at Lloyds bank, explained: ‘[My employers] give me three lunch breaks a day – at 11am, 2pm and 4pm, so I can make sure I eat my meals.
‘I spend one-and-half to two hours in the gym, depending on whether I’m [doing] show prep and cardio at the end of a session.’
The bodybuilder, who is sponsored by TNT Supplements and will be attending FitCon at London’s Olympia in April, now has an exhausting year ahead as he gears up for a number of contests.

The fitness fanatic says he’s always been obsessed with sports – playing football, tennis, badminton, and cricket from a young age – as well as boxing since he was 15.
But in 2014 he got into bodybuilding and says he has since taken his training to ‘another level’.
‘I do have a lot of people point and stare,’ Guy said. ‘You become oblivious to it though.’
