Kendall Jenner Gets Candid About What It’s Like To Live With Anxiety And Panic Attacks

In a separate post, she describes a recent panic attack she had on an airplane. “I felt my heart beating a million miles an hour, and I even went a little numb,” she says.

But she’s taking steps to deal with it. On the road, she practices breathing exercises to cope. “It’s all mental, so I try to prevent anxiety attacks by bringing my mind somewhere else,” she writes. Jenner also recently painted a room of her house pink, as revealed on her Instagram, since she says in another post that studies have shown the color helps promote calmness.
