Loni Jane reveals bikini body after two pregnancies

Loni Jane Anthony, 28, is a vegan blogger who has released multiple e-books for followers wanting to live the same eco lifestyle as herself.

The Queensland-based mother-of-two uploaded a picture perfect image of her body just one year after giving birth to her last child Polly.

Alongside the photo the 28-year-old spoke about the very little effort that had gone into maintaining such an enviable figure. And her secret is in the food she eats.

'This is the result after two babies, abundant plant foods, never counting calories, eating until satisfied, little to no strenuous exercise, never feeling restricted or malnourished, happily enduring two pregnancies and two natural births,' she wrote alongside this image

‘In my late 20s and I feel better than I did at 18. I’m not posting this to impress you I’m posting this to impress upon you with the power of the plants, awareness, self respect and love.

‘I have supported this body as my temple for the past 5 years non stop, healed it from extreme viruses like cytomegalovirus (cmv) and dengue fever, parasites, candida, acne, digestive issues, vitamin deficiencies, low blood pressure, adrenal issues, low energy, night sweats and weight gain.

Loni has openly spoken about the medical issues she faced before turning to veganism five years ago and using food as her fuel.

'The goal is optimal health, always gaining knowledge and learning, to have the body in a state of optimal weight/health. The way you were designed to be,' she continued

She has raised both her children, Rowdy and Polly, to be vegans from birth.

‘I am not claiming I am perfect and that is not my goal nor do I want it to be yours.

‘I’m still on the journey every single day. I understand my body more than ever about how it works from studying it so long.

‘I still and always will have a sensitive gut (this stems from birth as a premature baby and the smaller one of twins but I do feel like my gut is getting stronger every year as I learn and apply my knowledge).

‘Be kind to your body, listen to that voice inside and treat your body with respect, for it’s the only place you have to live,’ she finished her caption.

Her website also offers a glimpse into how she healed her body but she openly admits the process is an ongoing one.

‘A lot of people think I’ve been healthy my whole life, but that’s certainly not the case.

‘Like most of my generation, during my teenage years to early 20s I lived a lifestyle full of processed food, alcohol and lack of sleep.

‘I enjoyed many nights out, I wasn’t active enough and I had too many toxic people around me. Living such an acidic lifestyle led me to ill health as well as internal and physical issues and symptoms I could no longer ignore.

‘Complete healing didn’t happen overnight but every day I would feel and see improvement. It had taken years to get as unwell as I was, so I had to be patient and let my body heal with time, and that is exactly what I did, took one day at a time,’ her website reads.

Many of her followers were quick to praise Loni for helping them achieve their own health goals.

‘You changed my life the day I came across an article about some crazy pregnant girl who isn’t eating like pregnant women. A few years later I’m a better version of myself and my relationship with food changed drastically. I’m in a completely different world. You were the first inspiration and I am forever grateful to you,’ one woman wrote.

‘I needed to see this post right now. I’ve been struggling with my diet and this is great inspiration to get me to a better mind set. Thanks for posting,’ she said.
