There is no such thing as an ‘off day’ for Australian model and former David Jones ambassador Jesinta Franklin.
She has to be in peak physical fitness year round and can’t be suffering from the odd zit or dry skin when she’s shooting bikinis on Bondi Beach.
In a bid to keep her body in check the 26-year-old said she visits Kirsten at Fluid Form Pilates, does a strength session with Sydney-based trainer Dan Adairs, goes for a long walk or does some boxing.

When she’s preparing for a swimwear shoot or to walk down the catwalk Jesinta simply ‘amps up’ her training and tries to eat as ‘clean’ as possible, Elle reported.
This usually involves drinking more greens in the form of a nourishing smoothie, with kale, spinach, avocadoes, broccoli and limes on the menu.
While the tasty juices work to rejuvenate her skin, Jesinta takes things further with a beauty treatment at Zen Facial.

What is a facial massage?
For a facial massage, a gentle effleurage (gliding) movement is most often used.
To perform the facial massage, the strokes must be gentle as well as stimulating, in order not to stretch the skin. Pressure strokes should move upward to give the muscles of the face a lift rather than dragging them down.
It claims to relieve headaches, anxiety, stress and tighten the skin.
‘She does a “zen” facial-massage which includes lymphatic drainage – it’s incredible and you walk out feeling so radiant,’ she told the publication.
‘For a great steam-and-clean I visit Jenna Bart. I like having a really good clean every now and again with all the make up I wear. I feel so fresh afterwards.’
Previously speaking to FEMAIL the runway star said she keeps her daily routine fairly simple and eats the majority of her meals at home.
‘Each day varies but nourishing my body is very important to me so I always make it a priority,’ she told FEMAIL.
‘I am currently loving strength and conditioning training with my personal trainer Dan Adair. He’s been training me for nearly seven years now so I really feel like he understands me and my fitness goals,’ she said
Breakfast follows shortly after with an egg white omelette with mushrooms and spinach ‘if she has the time’
‘I like to start my day with a glass of hot lemon water or even a big glass of warm water. I’m usually up super early so I find this is a gentle way to ease into the day.’
Breakfast follows shortly after with an egg white omelette with mushrooms and spinach ‘if she has the time’.
‘Otherwise I’ll opt for a green smoothie made with frozen banana, lots of baby spinach and almond butter,’ she explained.
‘Lunch is generally a bowl of greens (avocado, beans, spinach, kale, broccoli) with a form of protein, either chicken or tuna.
‘I have also recently been accompanying my lunch with a bowl of bone broth with added chilli and fresh herbs. It’s so nourishing and filled with minerals that are great for your skin, gut and immunity.’
Pilates is a huge selling point for Jesinta, who enjoys the reformer variety
Dinnertime sees the model cook plenty of vegetables, either in a bone broth soup or with some fish, and during the winter she puts on a slow cooked meal that can cook throughout the day.
‘Buddy and I don’t eat out very often as we both love a healthy, home cooked meal,’ she said of spending time with AFL-playing husband Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin.
‘I also enjoy a few squares of chocolate or a glass of red wine as a treat after dinner. I’m big on snacking, especially if I’m on set for the day so I’ll make sure I have some blueberries, nuts, seeds or fresh fruit on hand as well as some hard boiled eggs and a bone broth concentrate that I can make into a broth if I need to by just adding boiling water.’
With good nutrition comes an awareness of moving the body at least once a day, and Jesinta has her routine down to a fine art
Following a long day – sometimes outside by the beach for bikini shoots – Jesinta winds down with an ‘Epsom salt and magnesium bath with some essential oils’.
‘A 20 minute soak in an Epsom salt or magnesium bath not only relaxes my mind but it also takes away any aches and pains from tired muscles and is perfect before bedtime as it aids in sleep,’ she said.
‘If I don’t get time to have a bath I apply magnesium spray to the bottom of my feet or on my lower back before bed and that is a perfect remedy for a great night sleep.’
