Incredibly, she is sixty years-old.

And, defiantly, Michelle Pfeiffer remains one of Hollywood’s most successful – and beautiful – women.

To prove it, the blonde babe showed off her toned arms in a strappy jumpsuit at the premiere of her new film, last month.

The actress says she is no slave to the gym, but loves hiking and jogging.

So how can you replicate her impressive physical form without breaking the bank – or your will-power? Here’s our advice…

WHAT TO TRY: The downward dog push-up is a yoga-inspired move that works all the arm muscles in one go.

Start in a high plank position (supported on your hands, instead of forearms).

Lift your hips using your core muscles and extend the arms to press your bottom towards the ceiling: your body should form an inverted V-shape.

Push up, so you feel a stretch across your shoulders. Return to the high plank.

Do a press-up by bending your elbows, keeping them tucked in, and lowering your chest to the floor. Press back up to the high plank and repeat until exhausted.
