Just follow these simple steps illustrated in the video above: 

1. Heat a grill (or grill pan) to medium high.

2. Thread alternating pieces of cubed salmon, red onion wedges, and lemon slices onto presoaked lemon skewers until you have no ingredients left. 

3. Combine 2 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 1 tablespoon chopped rosemary, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.

4. Brush the oil mixture over the skewers. 

5. Grill, turning occasionally, until opaque, about 8 minutes.
