Papa Johns has created the XL Dual Layer pepperoni pizza—a pie with twice the high-fat, high-sodium sliced sausage in a themed box. We’re not saying scarfing this monstrosity will make you re-enact Ghostbuster Melissa McCarthy’s infamous Bridesmaids bathroom scene…but we’re not not saying it either, considering a standard slice with extra pepperoni contains 405 calories, 20 grams of fat, and 1060mg of sodium, according to Papa Johns’ website.
