As America’s iconic First Lady Jackie Kennedy, Portman keeps her super-fit frame pretty covered up in the Oscar-nominated biopic. But the classically-trained ballerina and vegetarian has famously professed her love of staying healthy.

In addition to her regular workouts, Portman has been vocal about valuing the food she eats to fuel her body. “I consume my own weight in hummus every day. I cook a lot, and I even do vegan baking,” she told Vogue. “When I’m hungry, I eat, and I always make sure I’m eating something delicious.” Amen to that. 

Now pregnant with her second child, the actress has been spotted taking her baby bump on long hikes around the Los Angeles area.
