“I was looking for a workout that would make me look toned and feel fit for my wedding day. Between working full-time, planning the wedding, and all of the events leading up to the wedding, I also wanted a workout that would check off both cardio and strength-training in one. I started going to Burn classes in San Francisco, which combine Pilates, cardio, and weights.
