Gwyneth Paltrow Sports SICK Abs in New Issue of Women’s Health

No surprise here: Gwyneth Paltrow looks insanely fit on our June cover.

The actress and Goop creator is known for her commitment to a healthy lifestyle, but what might be a bit more surprising is that the mother of two revealed exclusively to us, “I feel way more comfortable in a bathing suit now than I did 20 years ago.”

We think Gwyneth has always looked amazing, but her confidence (not to mention her incredible glow) is positively inspiring.

So how does Gwyneth stay in such insane shape? “My routine is the same every weekday,” she says. “I drop my kids at school”—that’s Apple, 11, and Moses, 9; dad is Chris Martin—”I do an hour of dance cardio, then I go to work.”

As for what a typical meal looks like for the foodie, Gwyneth reveals that her daily essential is coffee with half-and-half in the morning (“Me with no coffee is not a good look,” she says). “Then I’ll have a smoothie after I work out. For lunch I usually have a big salad with grilled chicken, and then for dinner I’ll have whatever I want,” says Gwyneth. “Most nights I eat with the kids, like, a stir-fry of chicken and broccoli or pasta or roast chicken and potatoes.”

We love that Gwyneth believes eating healthy doesn’t always mean depriving yourself of things you enjoy.
