How to get the enviable physiques of the stars.

This week: Anne Hathaway’s arms

The 34-year-old Devil Wears Prada star showed off toned upper arms on the red carpet recently, having lost her baby weight from last year.

She is a fan of hot Bikram yoga and often dances 90 minutes a day.

She also follows the celebrity trainer Ramona Braganza’s 3-2-1 workout, with exercise sessions comprising three segments of cardio, two of weights and one of exercises for the abdominal muscles.

WHAT TO TRY

The dumbbell fly exercise.

You need two dumbbells, kettlebells or bottles of water.

Lie on a bench and hold the weights extended away from you, keeping your elbows bent at 90 degrees with your feet flat on the floor.

Raise weights until they meet above your head.

Inhale as you lift and breathe out as you lower the weights back slowly to the start position.

Repeat for two sets of 15.
