The pic has a 70s-style filter, per all of Kim’s recent Instagrams, and it’s clearly marked as an ad. But in case you’re not familiar with it, Chef’d is a meal delivery service that lets you pick out the recipes you want, and then ships pre-portioned ingredients to your place where you can cook ‘em up. The company offers special menu options for people on an Atkins diet, as well as those following Weight Watchers and people who are diabetic.

Chef’d describes the chicken cacciatore as a “rustic ‘hunter’s stew” that features braised chicken breasts and a “hearty” sauce of tomatoes, spices, and herbs.

To make the dish, per Chef’d, season your chicken breasts with salt and pepper and sauté them. Then, set them aside and add sautéed diced onion, garlic, and rosemary. Add a splash of white cooking wine, crushed red pepper, and a pinch of salt. Put your chicken back in the pan, cook it for two minutes, add your tomatoes and simmer it until your chicken is cooked through. Then, Chef’d recommends serving it with an arugula salad tossed with cherry tomatoes and lemony vinaigrette. And there you have it. Kim is a brand ambassador for Atkins and has been open about using the diet. Actually, she’s credited it for helping her to lose weight. Her nutritionist told Elle in June that the reality star first tried the diet to drop pounds in college and then used it again to lose weight after having her kids.

Kim also told People in June that she’s been following an Atkins 40 diet (an Atkins diet recommended for people who have less than 40 pounds to lose, or are pregnant or nursing) and eats no more than 1,800 calories a day. “Anyone who has had kids knows your body changes, and it’s hard to get your body back in shape,” she said. “It takes so much determination, and mental and physical power and energy.”

Kim announced on Twitter last January that she chose to team up with Atkins because “it works for me!” Chicken cacciatore, anyone?
