A mother-of-three who was left with nipples pointing in opposite directions after botched surgery has finally got her dream breasts after appearing on Botched.

Desiree, who is believed to be from LA, had ‘ski-slope boobs’ after undergoing a breast enhancement operation before her wedding and went on to the E! show last night to have them corrected.

She already had naturally different size breasts and was fed up having to wear plastic ‘chicken cutlets’ in her bra to even out her bust.

Eager for them to look even for her wedding, Desiree visited a surgeon but following the procedure her breasts were still different sizes with her nipples pointing in different directions.

‘I became engaged and around that time we knew about this doctor, he was supposed to be really great one of the best ones around,’ Desiree explains.

However, Desiree says she knew as soon as they took the bandages off following her surgery that her breasts ‘weren’t right’.

'My nipples pointed in different directions,' Desiree says. 'My breasts looked completely different, but, you know, being a mom I have been so dedicated to my kids, [I said] I'll fix them when the kids are grown up'

Desiree also wanted to fix her breasts so that she was more body confident – something she wanted to pass onto her three daughters.

She continued: ‘It is so hard for me to be telling them to be confident and love themselves and love their body when I can’t portray that.’

Doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow of E!’s Botched examined Desiree and agreed they could help her.

Dr Dubrow says that Desiree was a unique patient as she was botched by surgery 'and nature'

Dr Dubrow revealed: ‘Desiree is a unique kind of Botched patient. She is not only botched by the surgical procedure she had, but originally, she was really botched by nature.’

But after the surgery Desiree was happy with her new D-cups and showed off her new figure to husband Robbie and her daughters, in a tight bikini top while on a family camping trip.

Dr. Dubrow also has three daughters, and he tells the cameras that he can’t even imagine how difficult it would be for Desiree to discuss body issues and insecurities with her daughters when she has ‘inhibitions about her own deformity’.

During her consultation, Dr. Dubrow points out that one of her breast implants caused her to have have what looks like a ‘double bubble’ while her other breast’s nipple is placed so high it is ‘stargazing’.

‘You won the lottery of breast problems,’ he tells her. ‘You have two of the hardest things to fix.’

But in last night’s episode, Desiree finally got the breasts of her dreams after undergoing further surgery with Doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow.

The result sees Desiree’s breasts an even size and shape for the first time in years, enabling her to spread the positive body image to her children.

Botched airs on Tuesdays at 9pm on E!
