Cat Deeley flaunted her super-toned legs in a shimmering silver mini dress on the red carpet recently.

The glamorous 40-year-old TV host has said she has a low-key regimen —she walks at a brisk pace for 45 minutes a day, often with her dog, and is a fan of indoor cycling classes. She also does yoga three times a week.

WHAT TO TRY: Exercise ball leg lifts help to work the inner and outer thigh for leg definition.

You’ll need an exercise ball, a beach ball or a football. Lie on your side on the floor and bend your bottom elbow in front of you, resting your head on your hand.

Place the ball in between your ankles and slowly lift it up towards the ceiling using only your hips and buttock muscles. Return to the start position.

Don’t rotate forwards or backwards, just keep your body in a straight line.

This counts as one repetition. Repeat 12-15 times, then swap sides.
