While this video may not be quite as gross as others we’ve highlighted in the past, it’s still pretty bad. (Here’s the most disgusting pop we’ve seen yet.)

As the Daily Mail points out, this isn’t usually the safest route to take when you’re trying to pop one of these pimples, either.

“It’s always worth seeking help from a doctor or dermatologist when dealing with spots like this to avoid scarring and possible infection,” British Skin Foundation spokesperson Lisa Bickerstaffe told the paper. (A pimple that doesn’t go away—especially if it bleeds—can also be a sign of basal cell or squamous cell skin cancers, as we reported.)
