Your Favorite ‘Felicity’ Heartthrob Reveals His Biggest Turn-On

If you had a day completely to yourself, what would you do?

I would go to my coffee shop and work for, like, 25 minutes so I don’t have to feel guilty. Then I’d go to an empty basketball gym and just shoot by myself for an hour. It’s kind of a meditative thing for me—some people go swimming, and this is myye version of that. (The Slim, Sexy, Strong Workout DVD is the fast, flexible workout you’ve been waiting for!)

Do you think your partner should also be your best friend?

I think extreme initial attraction can be super exciting, but yeah, as I’ve gotten older, that best-friend kind of quality seems to be more important. You might not have this amazing chemistry right away, but it is something that grows and is more solid.

We asked men and women how they know they’re in love. Here’s what they had to say:

What do you think is your sexiest quality?

Me? Oh my god. I think people need to not really think about themselves in that way, so that’s kind of tough. Maybe not taking myself too seriously?

What’s one habit you need to break?

Definitely impatience. I can fly off the handle sometimes when things aren’t going the way I want them to, and patience is important for my job. It’s a team sport, so it’s really important that you come to work with that kind of attitude.

What do you think your exes would say is your most annoying characteristic?

My occasional need for solitude. Or, I guess they would say, my more-than-occasional need for solitude and to do things on my own—that I’m a bit too mysterious and withholding of things.
