A 45-Minute Cardio Playlist That Feels Like a Party

Every week, Your New Favorite Playlist introduces you to workout-worthy tunes from a different fitness brand. This week, Flywheel Sports shares one of its recent playlists.

Competitive types love the indoor-cycling classes at Flywheel Sports because they get up-to-the-second stats on their performance throughout the workout—and a few times throughout each class, the leaders are displayed on screens at the front of the studio.

“You’re going to work hard, you’re going to sweat a lot, and you’re going to burn a lot of calories,” says Chris Tracey, a Flywheel instructor and Flywheel development coordinator. “A big part of why you work so hard is because of the music. It’s loud—we’ve got a great sound system here—and the instructors for each and every class put a lot of effort into making sure the music is motivating.”
