BCBSA honors Empire BlueCross BlueShield with Brand Excellence Award


Empire BlueCross BlueShield announced today that it has received a Brand Excellence Award from the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA). The annual awards honor Blue Cross and Blue Shield (BCBS) companies that excel in developing and enhancing the overall Blue Cross and Blue Shield Brand image.

Empire BlueCross BlueShield was awarded the Brand Excellence Award in the “Member Retention” category for having high member retention over the past year. Empire BlueCross BlueShield currently serves nearly 5 million members.
