On Friday’s “Real Time,” Bill Maher took a moment to share a pamphlet released by the Mormon Church in the 1970s entitled, “Overcoming Masturbation: A Guide To Self Control.”

As could be expected, the document contained all kinds of helpful ideas, including wearing pajamas that are hard to get into.

But since the pamphlet is now decades old, Maher and his team took it upon themselves to write an updated version, which he read to the delight of his panelists, including Rachel Maddow and Steve Coogan.
