Great deadlift examination today. Hitting 315 for reps and bringing a strength behind up. Long approach to go to strike my best of 425 from 2006, though I’m on a good roll.

Later currently I’ll finish reading and training from Alwyn Cosgrove and Lou Schuler’s new book, “New Rules of Lifting SuperCharged”. Great stuff, rarely recommended.
