Do You Have a Strength to Lead?

Of march I’m articulate about middle strength, not earthy ability (although earthy health is critical for leaders). What are some of a forms of strength that leaders should possess to be effective?

Character Strengths

When we consider about character, we pull on Aristotle’s principal virtues: Fortitude, Prudence, Temperance, and Justice. How do these virtues paint a impression strengths of a leader?

Fortitude, or Courage, is an easy one. A personality needs bravery to lead effectively — a bravery to mount by his or her convictions, a bravery to take distributed risks, and a bravery to do a right thing. Followers also need bravery – a bravery to mount adult FOR and support their leaders when they are doing a right things, and a bravery to mount adult TO their leaders when they are wrong or doing a wrong thing.

Prudence, or Wisdom, is another principal virtue. The impression strength compared with Prudence involves doubt a effect of your personal perspective, or your elite approach of doing things. Instead, a advantageous personality listens to and considers others’ input. It takes strength to say, “I was wrong, and she is right,” when we are in a leadership position.
