An American doctor is well on his way to becoming an internet superstar after an adorable video of him rapping instructions on how to take care of a plaster cast to a little girl with a broken leg went viral.

In the clip, the unnamed physician raps a minute-long series of instructions on how the girl should take care of her bright-pink plaster cast, including advice like: ‘Don’t get the cast wet and don’t stick nothing in it, because if you do, then you’re the one who’s got to deal with it.’

The video has already been viewed more than 420,000 times on YouTube.
