Hong Kong (HKSAR) – Police further arrested a 55-year-old man and a 37-year old woman in the small hour of today (March 13) in suspected connection with a wounding case in Chai Wan on February 26 in which a 49-year-old man was seriously injured.
The arrestees are being detained for further enquiries.
Police were informed by the Public Security Bureau in Guangdong on March 9 that two suspected assailants were arrested on the Mainland.
Police also commenced a search operation in the territory yesterday (March 12) and tracked down seven suspected accomplices.
Investigations by the Regional Crime Unit of Hong Kong Island are underway.
