Get Knockout Arms with This Move That Works Your Biceps AND Shoulders

Dumbbell hammer curl to press: Hammer curls and shoulder presses are nice on their own, but when you combine them, you work your biceps and shoulders in less time. That way, you can get back to lifting heavy things, holding a hair dryer for the 45 minutes it takes you to achieve the perfect blowout, or beating literally everyone at arm wrestling.
