(CBS News) Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is approaching to make a “full recovery,” according to a matter expelled by her doctors during New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York City.

Secretary Clinton spent her second night during a sanatorium Monday, where she is being treated for a blood clot that shaped in her conduct following a concussion she suffered weeks ago. Doctors detected a clot on Sunday in an MRI.

“This is a clot in a capillary that is situated in a space between a mind and a skull behind a right ear,” her doctors, Dr. Lisa Bardack and Dr. Gigi El-Bayoumi, pronounced in a statement. “It did not outcome in a stroke, or neurological damage.”

Clinton’s doctors pronounced they need to guard how she responds to her medications, that embody blood thinners, before she is released.

Secretary Clinton’s husband, former President Bill Clinton, and daughter Chelsea visited her on Monday, and a series of comparison aides sojourn inside a sanatorium with her.
