McDonald’s Corp has been sued by a lady who pronounced her 2-year-old son ate a used condom he found in a play area of one of a restaurants in Chicago.

Anishi Spencer filed a censure opposite a fast-food grill sequence on Wednesday in Cook County Circuit Court on interest of herself and her sons, Jonathan Hines and Jacquel Hines.

According to a complaint, Spencer and her sons were during a McDonald’s grill in Chicago’s South Side on Feb 4, 2012 when Jacquel picked adult a used condom from a floor, and shortly afterward coughed adult a square of it.

Both boys compulsory medical care, and have suffered durability injuries, pain and discomfort, a censure said.
