 Ingredients

Juice from 1 lemon

1 lb. strawberries

2 apples

2 kiwis

1/2 lb. raspberries

3 Tbsp. jam

Fresh mint, to taste

Directions

Finely chop the apples and strawberries. Remove the skin from the kiwis and dice the fruit. Chop fresh mint as well, reserving some whole leaves for garnish.

Serve with cinnamon sweet potato chips, tortilla chips or graham crackers.
