In our prospective cohort study of over 4,000 cases of in vitro fertilization (IVF) or Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI), the impact of frozen embryo transfer on glucose and lipid profiles during early childhood was found to be comparable to that of fresh embryo transfer.
