The 43-year-old model and
wife of singer Rod Stewart is a mother of two – so how does she keep in
shape?

Lancaster and Stewart work out with trainer Gary O’Connor
three or four times a week for an hour, doing lots of squats, press-ups,
lunges and step-ups. Penny also keeps her legs toned with Pilates,
yoga, dancing and walking.

WHAT TO TRY:

Weighted step-ups. Stand in
front of a bench or seat with a light weight in each hand.

Place one
foot on the seat, which must be secure. Swing your arms and the weights
forwards and push yourself up, lifting your other foot off the floor, so
your weight is on the foot on the chair. Repeat 12 to 16 times, then
switch legs.
