The Mental Game

The mental game is about who you are. You need to learn how your deepest needs express themselves during athletic competitions and performances. Especially under the stress of competition, your needs sometimes bubble up from inner you and cause you to make mistakes, play badly, commit a penalty, and so on.

I have constructed a powerful psychological tool that assesses what motivates you. It tells you what your values are and why your personality is what it is. Athletes who were coached with my tool went on to win an Olympic gold medal in weightlifting, a world championship in handball, and play for the major league national soccer championship in Germany.

If you wish to read about my work, the easiest way is my book, “Who am I,” from amazon.com. If you wish to take my assessment and become clearer on who you are and your mental game, go to iaimtowin.com If you are not an athlete and just want to boost your willpower to diet or exercise, go to 16desires.com
