This Bodyweight Workout From Emily Skye Will Rock Your Wold


You’d basically have to be living under a rock to ot know who Emily Skye is; the Reebok ambassador from Australia has 10 million Facebook fans and 1.9 million Instagram followers. But she wasn’t always so into fitness: Skye overcame serious depression in her mid-twenties, finding her true passion for life through working out and helping others, ultimately getting certified (and sculpting OMG-worthy abs in the process).

Now, she says she can’t imagine her life without wellness, and her hugely popular F.I.T fitness program has helped countless women start a fitness habit.

“When you start in health and fitness you become addicted to the feeling of it. The endorphins,” Skye told WomensHealthMag.com while in New York City to promote Reebok’s new HANDS initiative. “Finding fitness isn’t about being perfect or being like anyone else. It’s about your journey, and knowing that the best you can is good enough.”
